This will be my 3rd time doing the program. The last time I did it was over a year ago. I got pregnant and then had to wait until I was cleared by my doctor to workout again. Well he cleared me and I am going to start off with a BANG and do CLX! I miss exercising and I am so excited to start again. I definitely love this program, Chalene is the best. I will probably also throw in Turbo Fire 15 min workouts here and there just to add a little bit of cardio. I do not want to do too much at once, so I think this will be a good start.
