I LOVE her Get On the Ball workouts, so I bought this shortly after it was released (just now seeing this post). I love them!
Chalene makes a joke warning you will be sore the day after the Extreme Core workout, and let me tell you - it's not a joke! If I keep the intensity high I feel it when I attempt to get out of bed the next day. It's so much better than traditional core workouts because you can extend backwards on top of the ball.
Extreme Intervals is my favorite of the CLX interval workouts. The ball just makes the whole thing more dynamic...and more fun, in my opinion.
Lower Body Extreme, for some reason, doesn't use the ball. LOT of leg work in that one!
