I definitely make sure I'm getting the maximum amount of protein during PUSH. Other than that I don't have an amount to add to it, I just go by how my body feels and i can tell when I need to feed it something.
I went through the nutrition guide and I wasn't sure exactly what the difference was between the BURN and PUSH meals. It seems like you need to eat more protein in PUSH. Does that mean your calory intake must also increase? Also, what is the minimum amount of protein per day in BURN vs PUSH?
