I think it should be ok....I've read that 10 minute increments of exercises are effective. Besides, it's better than not doing it at all. We are all different with different schedules so you just gotta do what works for you! :)

I think as long as you do the warm up before, you should be able to pick up where you left off.

So I was determined to fit Burn Circuit 1 into my lunch hour. well not so successful. After letting my dogs out, getting changed and whatnot, I had about 10 minutes left of the video before I had to shut it off. not because I couldnt' do it, but because of my time. I had to make lunch, get changed and freshen up before heading back to work.

So my question is, can I just start the video where I left off, or just change my time to when I can do the whole thing at once? i don't know if it decreases the effectiveness if you do 1/2 now, 1/2 later.
