I agree with the others posted below and am so glad that they said that - I thought maybe it was just me - but I also lost more lbs during Burn but gained more definition in Push. Lean was great for the combination -love Push though - seems to be my favorite.
I seemed to lose more during BURN but noticed more definition during PUSH. I too lose momentum with the circuits, so I just kind of beat to my own drum right now, although the first time I did follow through for the most part. If you're not close to where you want to be weight wise and how your clothes fit, then a suggestion would be to do maybe 3 weeks per circuit instead of 4. I found myself that 3 is tolerable but by the fourth I get bored that I lose momentum and need that new challenge.
