I would love to do a challenge. I think a three month challenge seems best. I like the idea of a combination food and fitness challenge. The food challenge could involve eating more protein, smaller meals, snacks, etc. The fitness challenge could be completing so many ChaLEAN Extreme workouts, but I like the idea of also integrating different types of cardio, such as HIIT. A workout challenge would be fun too. Such as, today do 3 sets of 15 push ups spread throughout the day. It could be fun to also create workouts that align with ChaLEAN Extreme workouts. For example, do Push 2 and pause the DVD between each set and do a certain cardio move between each set.

I too am almost desperate for a fresh and new challenge... feel very stuck in a rut right now, need to mix it up!

Im looking to hear your ideas for a challenge~ a week, 10 days,30 days, 60 days, etc.. how long do you want it? what would you like to see? food challenges, workout challenges? pushups?? etc.. give me your opinions!! I love chalenges and Im in need of one!
