I guess if you are not bored with Push phase, you should do 2-3 weeks of it and then move on to lean

If I were you I would just do another week of burn phase.
PUSH is after BURN, and then LEAN; so I assume you mean moving onto PUSH phase. Either way, I've not been consistent in my weekly exercising, and basically move onto the next phase if I get bored or just feel like it. I've gone through it four times, tried to stick to the exact schedule the first 2 times, but the last one and currently found myself getting bored by the fourth week, sometimes would do something else like Turbo Jam or Brazil Butt Lift, and then moved onto the next phase. To me, I don't think it really matters but that is just my opinion.
. I'm into my 4th week of Burn Phase Circuit...next week I'm supposed to be moving onto Lean Phase but I haven't been exactly on track during the Burn Phase with visiting my rents over last weekend and going out of town. Should I move on anyway or should I stay in Burn Phase a little longer???
