My question is: do you guys separate your cardio from your weight lifting days? I am now working out two times a day, doing weights in the morning with ChaLean Extreme and my Turbo Fire cardio in the afternoons. I am the sort of person that would rather knock out my workout at one time but my husband advises me not to do this because I won't be getting the most out of my workouts. So currently when I have ChaLean Extreme days I do them in the morning, then I wait for afternoon to get in the serious cardio. On days when I happen to have cardio lined up I generally do my first one (example: burn intervals), take a 10 - 15 minute break with a recovery drink and then knock out the second one (example: Fire 30).

I think that adding TurboJam for extra cardio would work as well. It's definitely going to burn more caloies while you are building muscle with ChaLean Ex alone and add more variety to your workouts.

I basically did the same as you with my own Hybrid, using TurboFire as my primary, then adding in The Burn, Push, Lean dvds 3 days a week. However, I do substiute Burn Intervals for one of the Fire days as I love that workout. I also felt like I needed more cardio.

Has anyone created their own version of the CLX/TF hybrid? I looked at the schedule but I wanted more cardio. I just started TF 5/31/11 and added CLX yesterday. I'm following the TurboFire schedule as is and adding in the Burn Circuits 3X a week. I'm just skipping the other CLX DVDs for now since TF is my cardio.

Does anyone have a suggestion on a hybrid that works well? emoticon
