My question is: do you guys separate your cardio from your weight lifting days? I am now working out two times a day, doing weights in the morning with ChaLean Extreme and my Turbo Fire cardio in the afternoons. I am the sort of person that would rather knock out my workout at one time but my husband advises me not to do this because I won't be getting the most out of my workouts. So currently when I have ChaLean Extreme days I do them in the morning, then I wait for afternoon to get in the serious cardio. On days when I happen to have cardio lined up I generally do my first one (example: burn intervals), take a 10 - 15 minute break with a recovery drink and then knock out the second one (example: Fire 30).
