I posted a comment, but basically adding cardio before your ST workout will help, even if it's just a short one. I've gone through CLX four times, however never fully finished the whole program, but I have noticed when I did cardio on the ST days it did help with the weight loss.
I just made a blog today and wanted some advice. If anyone wouldn't mind going to my blog and reading it and telling me what you think.
I go in more detail there but what it breaks down to is I'm about a week left in the Burn phase and I'm concerned maybe I'm not getting in enough cardio. I wanted some thoughts.
