I have been losing scale weight since day one of CLX and think it's odd how everyone seems to say it makes them gain. My muscle mass is going up and my measurements are going down also. maybe, it's if you are a beginner in weight lifting...as in you never did it before you retain more water as you break down those muscles. I have lifted before and am just getting back into shape....maybe that's a reason???
Ignore the scale anyway. Just measure and use the calipers and take the scale with a grain on salt, if you want to use it. if you are eating clean, the number will drop.
