I love this program. I was hesitant to get it because I have P90X and thought it was the best strength training program for and "at home" work out. I love them both now and love both but actually prefer ChaLEAN Ex. I love hot it targets 2 muscle groups at once. I have lost a ton of inches too and can see definition I thought I would never see. I can also do about 100 more pushups than I could before I started the program which I didn't know until I joined a 1000 push up in a week challenge and found I could bust out 5 sets of 30 each with a short rest break between. I had not tried more than 10 - 15 per at a time and thought I was going to die with that, but by the time I got done with my first round of ChEx, the push up sets were easy and I actually started wrapping a resistance band around my back so that I would have resistance on the up. . .a trick I learned from her TurboFire Strength routine.
I don't know if you are strong, but I actually ended up buying the Select Tech dumbbells by the time I was done because my 30 pound weights weren't enough for some of the exercises! I am lifting a total of 80-90 pounds on some of the squat exercises and NO I DIDN'T bulk up!
