I just started my second consistent week. I LOVE it! I lost 5 pounds the first week and zero the second but lost 2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my hips! I definitely look leaner. The Burn Interval is difficult for me with all of the jumping (I love that she is super motivated to jump) but I follow the modified woman, Layly, and will eventually jump... I am saving up for the Turbo Fire....My kids even like doing the workouts with me because of the jumping. They are 10, 8 and 5 and even they get tired! Don't give up...just modify....
I do think it works for sure!! My first 90 days, I lost 10 pounds(my eating couldve been better) 6%body fat, and 13 inches!! I felt great and so strong!!! Now Im doing a hybrid of CLX and TUrbo FIre! as far as not doing the cardio part, you are getting in cardio!! sounds good to me!! do what works for you!!! chalene has said that as well!! mix things up, do what motivates you!!!!

Here is my blog with my before/after pictures. It really works! I didn't eat what was on the plan but I followed the exercise program right through the Lean for Life phase and ate within my calorie range for the most part. Unfortunately, my eating has gotten out of hand a bit and I don't do ChaLean Extreme near enough as I should in order to maintain. I've gained a few pounds back since my first round.
my friend lent me the first DVD and I've been doing it and it seems like it's a challenge. i KNOW the abs part work because i could hardly breathe the next day. the "reviews" on line aren't real reviews, so i'm wondering if the program is as good as it seems or if you would choose some other program. also, i can't do the cardio section because i get too dizzy, but i run 5-6 miles 3 or 4 times a week. i know it's not the interval cardio she talks about, but that's the best i can do for that. thanks for your advice!
