That's an interesting combo for the TF combo...it's different than the one in the TF book, which you can get by choosing TF and CLX as your workouts and then doing autoschedule to import it into WOWY.

But I think it would have been really fun to do CLX with this schedule the first time around.

I checked out the site and I will use this program. I'm a working mother and I love this plan.
