You'll love it! I do NOT like jumping and I usually will follow the modifier when I think it's too much for me. I do some of the jumps some of the time cos I like to get my heart rate up there. You should listen to your body, anyway :)
I haven't started TurboFire but have been watching the discs (I had some that were scratched). They do have a lower impact modifier that you can follow.

The awesome thing about Chalene Johnson's workouts are that she always has someone doing a modified version of the exercises. There is alot of jumping in Turbo Fire but there is also a person on the workout who is doing everything without jumping. I occasionally follow that person just to catch up with the workout!

I've been seeing a lot of talk about the CLX and Turbo Fire hybrid and I'm curious. I'm doing CLX now for the second time (well, the first time I only made through week one of the Lean Phase before life got in the way) and have been eyeing Turbo Fire even before I knew there was a hybrid program. My hesitation in buying it is because I don't know if it'll be too hard on my knees. I have terrible knees and daily pain after injuring both of them years ago, so I try to avoid too much high impact stuff. Is there a way to modify the Turbo Fire workouts to eliminate jumping, or would I be better off not wasting my money on it?
