Lean turkey, beans, nuts, flaxseed, greek yogurt, eggs,...

You can also use less protein powder in your shakes and add some greek yogurt or more fruits. I've being making a "frappuccino" every morning lol... I use skim milk, strong coffe, chocolate protein powder, ice, equal and a little cool whip emoticon ... I LOVE IT!!!

unflavored protein powder and put it in milk.
cheese
tofu
Quinoa - a grain with high protein
Lentils
other beans
high protein/high grain tortillas

I just want to add, I would definitely consider ditching regular yogurt and start eating Greek yogurt. The amount of protein is significantly higher in Greek yogurt.

I also do a lot of PB2 (powdered peanut butter), Shakeology and i usually have a couple P90X bars every week. I know you said you don't like protein shakes, but have you tried mixing protein powder in your foods? You can put it in oatmeals, soups, etc...

I like eggs, peanut butter, edamame. How about chicken? When I'm on the go, I do a Shakeology drink (15 to 17 grams per) or a P90X food bar (20 grams per).

I just took a quiz about how my body oxidizes foods to find out my "ideal" breakdown of protein/carbs/fats and apparently I am a fast oxidizer - which means i need 50% protein!! I need some help thinking about good for me protein sources. I already eat cottage cheese, and yogurt, although I guess I'm going to have to start eating more greek yogurt for the protein amt. I do NOT eat fish or pork and red meat less than 1 time/week. (I know - I am very picky). I really do not like protein drinks - they taste awful!
Also - I teach so I need to have things that I can eat at school everyday (no lunch break for me).
Thanks in advance for your suggestions :)
