When I work out in the morning I like to get up and going b/n 5:30 and 6. I really love when I get up, it makes me feel more energized and I'm in a good mood. It just makes my days great and off on the right track. And now that life has changed I find it harder to workout at night b/c I have other obligations. If you just do it a couple days in a row I really think you would like it!
I don't eat anything before I exercise but I do drink my Zija (great stuff).
