Do you have the "FAT BURN CHALLENGE" DVD? If you do, use that instead of Burn it Off. It's almost the same and I've done it before when I got bored with Burn it Off. Then for the RECHARGE, you could do some basic yoga moves and stretches.
What can I substitute for that? I was all dressed and ready to do it, after NOT doing it for the last 2 months, and it is gone. My kids might know where it is, but what workout can I substitute for that DVD if it is lost for a while?
