In order to see the results you want to see, you will definitely need to strength train so CLX will be great for that and go as heavy as you can with the weights. You will also have to focus on the specifics of your diet. If you don't want to lose much, but just tone arms and abs, you'll need to cut some of the fat and replace it with muscle and in order to do that, you will need to feed your body properly. Cardio is essential to the process as well to shed some of the fat so they all go hand in hand.
Just remember, body transformation is 80% nutrition so you might want to focus on that.

You don't have to lose weight to tone, but the muscle you build is less visible under a layer or fat. I have awesome muscles in my arms and thighs that you can't see because they are under so much flab. Either program should work with your goals, but you might lose more fat if you start with the hybrid or the straight TF program. TF is definitely not for beginnerfs though, and I think CLX starts a little easier - not an easy program, but slightly less intense from the get go.

I really want to tone up my arms and lose my muffin top since summer is around the corner... do you think I should do CLX only or do the Turbofire Hybrid? I would like to lose weight, but I really want to tone up... but I heard you have to lose weight before things tone up... so I'm confused as which program to start.
