I've started using a HRM, mines only a basic one but gives me a good idea of the intensity of my workouts.

I use a heart rate monitor and it has been one of the best investments i've ever made. I have the Polar F6 and have had it about a year and love it. Takes all the guess work out.

I put it in as Circuit Training, for the ST workouts.

How would I able to calculate how much I burn from these workouts? I did Phase 1 circuit 1 and boy left me with jello feet/arms..but feels good though. Drank my protein shake and now would like to input what I did...but don't know how...Thanks a billion in advance!!! emoticon emoticon
