I am doing better thanks, I wasn't on SP for quite a long time either after my Mom passed away. I will be honest I gave up for a few months and kinda slid into a depression, but I know that was wrong and that I need to get healthy once and for all so I don't end up like Mom did.
I am working out very hard these days usually 5-6 days a week is my goal. Right now I am doing the Biggest Loser 6 week Cardio Max workout, I am on week 2 as well as still adding in alot of Turbo workouts.
My daughter is doing Chalene Extreme right now and doing fantastic with it, she is in the push month. I will do Chalene Extreme after I drop more pounds. Our goal is to get Turbo FIre once we both get through the workouts we are doing now. She will be ready for Turbo Fire before I will.
Thanks for clarifying that I was right on the calorie deficit. Glad that it is not too much per day. I know the days I don't workout I need to take in a few less calories so I can at least have a 500 calorie deficit. I try to workout at least 60 mins a day between the two workouts, as the biggest loser one is 35 mins. Some days I workout 75 mins or so and I am amazed that I can do that now without being dead afterwards..lol
