I got the food guide. You can find some great recipes etc from other sources. Also Chalean's DVD on how to prepare your kitchen is great to watch for ideas too. The over 80 recipes listed on the front of the guide are not in there. I counted each recipe and variation of the recipe and there is not 80 recipes in there. That being neither here nor there you can get great low fat, lean, energizing recipes from so many other sources these days. I wouldn't get too concerned about it. Focus on eating every 2 - 3 hours and trying to maintain a balance of lean proteins, low fat, high fiber and complex carb to fuel your workouts I actually just went to Google typed in Chalean Extreme Recipes and hit the I am feeling lucky button and it took me to a page with a number of the recipes from the guide.
