I started CE at my goal weight with the hopes of toning up. It's worked even better than I expected.
I'm just starting the Lean for Life phase. The results from the first three phases have been just what I was hoping for. I now have muscle definition and I've even gone down a pant size. I highly recommend the program!
I love it because she goes through a hierarchy of exercises and doesn't just throw you in"sink or swim" style. I doubt I could have done the lean phase without going through the others. She is so positive and has real people in her video..
I loved the ST! I did the program with a sore shoulder and still developed some biceps :) You already know CJ is so motivating and energetic, you can't lose! And when you're done with TF, you'll probably want to do the hybrid. If you don't like it, you can always return it and get your money back, but I seriously doubt that will happen :)
If you love Chalene, you'll love ChaLean Extreme too. It your goal is to firm, tighten and lose inches, buy it! I was only able to do 6 weeks of the program before I fell off the wagon, but in those 6 weeks, there was definitely a difference in my body. My arms, shoulders and legs were becoming defined like never before and the program was only 5 days a week instead of 6! I added an extra cardio day if I had some extra energy. I'm to start the TF/Extreme hybrid program in the morning. I can't wait to get back in the grind!

I love seeing the changes in my body... I have lines in my arms that I never thought possible!!! It really is an amazing and motivational workout!

I did TJ for 3 months. I am only on my second week of TF. Chalene is awesome and so motivating. I am at my goal weight but want to tone up and get smaller. Is this the right program for me? I donít mind working out six days a week. I love exercising actually.
