I ended up doing only 1 week of burn because I just don't enjoy that phase. I'm going to add a 3rd week of push to make up for only 1 in burn and then get in 4 in lean. I looked at the other rotation ( lean for life? ) and didn't like it. If you look at what muscle you work in each workout and then look at the rotation there are some long periods of time (like 10 days) where you don't hit some muscle groups.
I have 7 weeks till I go on vacation and just decided to start back with CE today (burn 1 this morning). I did the full 12 weeks a year ago and got the best results from the lean phase and in 7 weeks I won't reach lean before vacation. How would you split it up to get time in lean? I was thinking 2 weeks each of burn and push and 3 weeks of lean. I have been lifting using Cathe DVD's so I'm not a beginner but need to shake things up. What phase seems to work the best for everyone else? I will also add Cathe's step dvds and a twice a week Zumba class as cardio. Thanks in advance for any suggestions : )
