I fah-reeking LOVE Burn Intervals. Might be my fave part, other than the Push month. I sweat BUCKETS and burn tons of cals, while moving and jumping and I feel SO energized when I do them. Do it do it do it! Now I didn't always feel this way, this is my 2nd round of CE and the first time I HATED it. But man, everything changed this time around!!!
Go heavy or go home, but do Burn Intervals and you will see REAL changes and build some big time endurance!!!
Time to get extreme baby, I've got B.I. and Extreme Abs today! YEAH!!!!
