I fah-reeking LOVE Burn Intervals. Might be my fave part, other than the Push month. I sweat BUCKETS and burn tons of cals, while moving and jumping and I feel SO energized when I do them. Do it do it do it! Now I didn't always feel this way, this is my 2nd round of CE and the first time I HATED it. But man, everything changed this time around!!!
Go heavy or go home, but do Burn Intervals and you will see REAL changes and build some big time endurance!!!

That's funny! I did CLX over the summer & got great results, but got bored quickly with Burn Intervals & Burn It Off. I am now doing my own hybrid of TF & CLX. Last week, I decided to do Burn Intervals - I forgot how much fun it was! And you're right, we tend to forget the importance of muscle endurance

Back in 2009, I completed 2 full rounds of CLX (along with running) and looked better than I had in many years. Since then, I still do CLX for weight training, but switched to Turbo Fire along with my running for my cardio. Well, today I decided to do Burn Intervals for the first time in over a year and I couldn't finish the workout! Lifting those lighter weights for a longer period of time along with the intense cardio intervals is no joke! Now I realize how important interval training really is. So as of today, I am putting Burn Intervals and Burn It Off back on my workout schedule. Maybe this is just what I need to get me back to where I was in 2009!
