choose track your own strength exercises, go to manage workouts, create a new workout, and enter new exercises and hit "add" for each exercise.

You can find the exercises in the phases part of the Chalean team page listed. I put them in without weights and after each workout I put in how many reps/what weight I used.

same thing.. I went in and created a workout, putting each exercise from each of the phases in, then if I uped my weights I changed it as I went :)

I just entered it in as separate strength training elements. then i just put it as a group (each circuit) and put them on that day.. I don't count it toward cardio.

How do you log your CEX workouts into Spark? Circuit? Just not sure what to put in the exercise... What do you all do??? emoticon
