I started back on Tuesday. Iwill have my second workout today. I'm really hoping I can stay motivated to complete the entire program this time. I started the program over the summer and after 6 weeks, my schedule got a little off and one missed day became 7 months worth. Well, I'm giving it another shot because I was really starting to see some positive results in my body and my energy level. Good luck to all and let's motivate each other to keep pushing play!!
I have a doctor's appt. today to get the "go ahead" to start exercising!!! (I had a c-section 6 weeks ago) I am going to actually start Sunday (so that ends up as my rest day)but I am going to try out a few workouts over the next few days to prepare. SO EXCITED!!! Anyone else starting next week? I could use some extra support!!
