I know this is a normal part of weight lifting etc... but Im feeling really frustrated and depressed.
I do the weight watchers eating plan, and am on week 3 of Chalean X. Ive been doing burn, mon, wed, and fri (1, 2 and 3) and also doing cardio 3 days a week (walking,or jogging for at least 30-40 mins on my treadmill)
When I started, I shot up 5 lbs straight away, and I cannot get back down! What is going on? I know muscle makes you hold water, etc, but WHEN is this going to turn around again? I keep having gains at my weight watchers meetings, and I feel like a total tool!!! :( Any insight for me?
I dont know if I am not eating enough, or am I eating too much, or do I need to add in more cardio, or do I just need to wait it out??
