I've used a weighted vest just when walking for years and they are great--I have two--a 10lb and a 20 lb. You can add/remove the weights with mine. I think I would collapse if I used it with ChaLEAN Extreme.
That was my thought! I like combining upper and lower moves at the same time, but I can definitely lift more with my lower body, so I don't feel like I'm working my lower body as much when I combine moves.
I haven't, but it sounds like an excellent idea, especially on some of the moves. Sometimes I can't lift very much with my arms, but yet the move also includes squats. The weighted vest would compensate for the less weight that I'm holding.
