I did extreme intervals this morning, wow!! That ball is unbelievable, I could barely lift my arms over my head by the end... gonna take a few times through to really get my balance... must be working the core overtime!

I thought it was odd a new calendar wasn't included to explain how to add the extreme workouts to the circuit. I read on the Beachbody forums that the lower body extreme can replace one of the Burn Circuit workouts.
My favorite is the Extreme Intervals. I seldom do the other intervals anymore

Thanks for letting me know how you track the workout and thank you for listing the exercises. I already have a stability ball which I can dig out of the garage. LOL. Since I follow the program verbatim (well, except for the nutrition but I'm trying) I would probably just wait to use that and incorporate that into the final Lean for Life phase. Thanks again! It is so helpful to have this type of information prior to investing more $$ into programs so I'm not disappointed with what I've purchased. Thank you.

I've only done this once that I can remember, but I had it in my ST tracker set up as a workout. Here are all the exercises you'll do, with between 10-30 reps each. I don't recall any cardio in it but there may be.
I did do the Extreme Intervals yesterday, and you need a stability ball. Same with the core workout on the extra set. I'm not a fan of ball workouts myself, but it was good.

I have a question regarding the deluxe DVDs. I just finished week two of Push phase (love it!) and am thinking of ordering the Deluxe DVD set if you can (since I already own the CE). I noticed one of the DVDs listed is Lower Body Extreme Zone which describes it as fast paced cardio but really working the your lower body. Since I do cardio (usually TJ or CE cardio)every morning and then my ST every other day per the workout calendar in the evenings, can I incorporate this DVD as well?
On my non-ST days, I just do cardio and thought maybe I could use that DVD then but would that be too much lower body work? Would I be providing my lower body with enough "rest" to recover? Thanks

The Dynamic Flow Yoga is a great workout. It's Yoga/Pilates, and really works your muscles especially if you have weighted gloves. Extreme Intervals is a great addition to the other intervals too. Extreme Core Circuit, you'll need a stability ball. Lower Body Extreme Zone is a great lower body workout to add in addition to the ST if you want extra workouts for that area.
