Hey there. I've found that pistachios are a good portable snack (although they may be a bit high maintenance for the car). Roasted soy nuts are nice too.
Hey there, new to this team and newly back to SP.
Sometimes I'm on the run and don't get to have dinner at the time I would like, or if I have yoga in the evening I don't want to eat a big meal before hand, but I would like to get a little something so I don't faint!!! :)
What are your suggestions for a nice snack that packs a protein punch? Doesn't have to be super-portable, but would be nice if I can package it up to eat in the car.
