Hey, just wanted to share one of my new fav lunches. It's from the CarbLovers book, which I love.

1/2 can (3 oz) tuna in water, drained
1/2 red grapes, halved
1 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tsp olive oil
1/8 Tsp black pepper
1 whole-grain pita, halved

Mix everything and serve it in the pita.
