As a triathlete and runner and now going on 6 months pescatarian, I really need to find a fine line between my carb and protein intake. Carbs are easy but finding more protein is hard. Any more advice out there from Veggie or Fish land?

My intake of protein, Vitamin B12, and iron is usually low. I know fish contains a fair amount of protein, but not sure about the other two. I'm wondering if anyone can provide me (and members of the team) with information and hints about Pescatarians getting more of these in their diet. Hopefully, this is something others may have questions about. Would love to hear others' experience. Thank you!!
