Fast and simple -- microwave a Boca burger or a Quorn 'chicken' patty. Slap on bun, dress like hamburger, then enjoy whatever has been brought along for sides.
Or the sides may end up being plentiful enough to not bother with anything else. If you think that will be the case, just take some protein bars or something with you so you get what you need if there's no non-meat source of protein.
So I am off to my husbands family reunion. And I am 99.99% sure that it will be meat, meat and more bulk meat for breakfast lunch and dinner. Can I get some ideas as to what I should bring for myself. We will have our trailer with us so I can cook there, but I dont want to segregate myself either. We will be there for 3 days. Any ideas would be most appreciated!!!
