My fav is Morning Star Garden Veggie, but the Black Bean one is pretty good as well. I have also had & liked Amy's California Style, but they are not my first choice, but will due in a pinch.
I didn't really favor The Boca ones or the Amy's Texas ones .
I also like the Quorn Chicken as as others have stated it is all about the toppings.
Mine always include a LARGE slab of red onion & tomato, as well as maybe pickles or some lettuce etc. The Onion is not an option. lol

Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.
I like them all-though some are much better.I don't remember if it is Morningstar Farms or Boca burger, but there is a grilled "quarter pounder version that I like a lot.It IS all about the toppings-if she likes cheeseburgers-get some really good cheese to melt over it.

My favorite processed foods burger is the Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean burger. But, I have found quite a few recipes online for veggie burgers that I really love and enjoy customizing to my own taste - so in your daughter's case that would be eliminating mushrooms. I also like the Quorn products, including the chicken patty.
My daughter used to enjoy a weekly hamburger -- until she saw Food Inc and became Pescatarian. We just started trying out some of the veggie burgers on the market. She doesn't really care for the Garden Burger brand (tried the original and the Sun Dried Tomato Basil). Tried the Boca Burger this weekend and she thought it was "okay" but I could tell she wasn't thrilled. She doesn't like mushrooms so if it has mushrooms as one of the main ingredients she won't try it. Wondering if there are any that you all can recommend.
