A while back I thought it would be great to start the day off with a quick walk or quick 10min work out. I didn't get to it at the time, but I'm revisiting this idea. I'm going to do this. It will charge my day, get me motivated and start the day off right!

I find myself doing both morning and evening workouts. My sleep pattern is so off right now, but i have noticed something. I noticed that when i work out in the morning i have more of a stress free day because i am not worried about forcing myself to go after work. also i feel a little less tired. It works better for my schedule to go at night it's just hard in the summer when it is so nice out!!

Welcome to the team! I'm not a morning person, so I always admire someone who can do something in the morning besides stumble to the coffee pot. I work out in the late afternoons, after work and before dinner. It fits neatly in my day that way.
