Saturdays here revolve around chores, grocery shopping and time spent with my kids and their families. Sundays are mine for solitary pursuits like reading or needlework. I like to go to the gym on Sunday too because it tends to be deserted.

Way to go getting back into an exercise rhythm!

Good morning! Any great plans for the weekend I'm working today off tomorrow and I will get some fitness time in tomorrow I would love time to squeeze a jog in at the park first thing in the morning but I really don't see that happening so it will most likely be the gym

This pass week I got to the gym 3 times with on jog at the park so I did get 4 days in emoticon I do think I'm back on track

I am in the gym 4 days a week as well The other 3 days I do water aerobics and deep water fitness. I love it all!

Refuse to be beaten by inanimate objects, inflexible minds, and incompetent practices.

I get to the gym 4-5 times a week for cardio and strength training. On off days I do yoga or a dvd . I used a personal trainer for awhile (since I had never been to a gym before) and he gave me a strength training session I could do at home, in addition to several routines to do at the gym.

I go to the gym 6-7 days a week. On Monday and Wednesday, I do deep water fitness. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday I do strength training. Saturday I go to a walking group and Sunday I do water aerobics.

For me right now I'm jogging at park when I can't get there before the heat I jog on treadmill

Hello all. I do a number of things. I use the exercise video on SP, I do Rockin Body, Hip Hop Abs, I walk and I use my Wii. A combination of all of the above really helps me out and it gives a nice mixture.

I go to 9 Round after work 2 days a week. Have to figure out how to get in a 3rd night. Do 9 rounds of boxing/kickboxing. Have new trainers and while I miss my old trainers we're doing new workouts and it's kicking my butt! That's a good thing! I'm also getting back into running more, but I do that in the morning, before work. I'm really sore right now, but it feels great!
