I have a desk job but I get up at least once every hour and walk around the building, visit the rr or go to someone's desk instead of calling them. I get in a lot of steps this way.

I like to use the stairs to do pushups, or lunges.. 30 secs is all it takes. I also go kicks around the kitchen island while I am baking or cooking.

Use the stairs rather than the elevator, when you have time.

Actually, in some buildings, some of the time, stairs are faster.

At work and when I'm sent to relieve the cashier in the liquor store for break or lunch I zumba while there are no customers

I do two sets of wall pushups in between brushing and flossing. I spend extra five minutes but it is out of the way.

Looking for places to get time for exercise.

* Abs contractions while watching TV, especially during ads (that is if you haven't eliminated them completely with a DVR)
* Nicole's chair exercises at work to take a break

Other ideas?
