Morning

Ceylondon - other being packed I loved the equipment as its all nice and new weight equipment is nice I did the circuit for 30 minutes I'm sure once the newness wears off there will not be so many people at the gym I know many will never continue with the fitness program we have about a dozen gyms in the area so they could have been working out all along emoticon Every January the gyms get packed by March only the regulars are there

It can be difficult I went ot a new gym tonight was a crazy place just opened up and packed !

Trying to get myself back on track and going to the fitness club after work. I've been doing pretty good... but oh the temptations... particularly friends inviting me out for dinner after work. It's so difficult to say no!

Got in a couple of almost 4 miles walks and a couple just over 4 this month. Put on a Leslie Sanson DVD tonight and got in a 45 min "walk". One of the 5k (3.1 mi) DVDs.
