Congratulations, Bob, I am sure in no time you will see the weight loss on the scale. You must feel great having your clothes fit you better.
Thanks for the information regarding the scale. I feel more encouraged now because like you I have not been losing weight quickly but have lost an inch in my waist after 3 months and my BMI is down .4 since one month ago. I do, however, have to work on my eating when not hungry but I am trying a bit at a time. I just heard that drinking 8 glasses of water also helps to burn fat.
Way to Go Bob. Keep up the good work. I have always heard that muscle weighs more than fat.
I just received a voucher to try a gym that is close to my work for 30 days for $10. So I am going to give it a shot and go before work since it is just literally 5 min from work. I will let you know how it goes. Your comment on the gym gives me encouragement.
Deb from Spring, TX -----------------------------------
I have been doing cardio and weight lifting after work for some time now. Before it was hard to maintain going to the gym after work, but now I enjoyed it . I fell into a pattern that I enjoy going to the gym. I see the results of my hard work, by my clothes fit better and waist reduced. I feel much better. When I get on the scale it tells me I have not lost weight. I did some research which stated that it takes time for the scale to catch up with your body, and don't let the scale disappoint you. If you clothes are fitting better and you drop a waist size you have lost weight. In time the scale will wake up and tell you the truth that you already know. I will always stay my course and I will reach my goal without the scale help.
