I am currently starting small! I have pledged 3 X 30 to myself. With two young girls and about 4 years of very unhealthy living...I do not want to get ahead of myself. I am currently using a gazelle...and then crunches and push-ups after 30 min. I will graduate to a treadmill once I have this going strong:-) Anybody else use the gazelle? Thoughts on how to get a better workout from it?
