Hello and welcome
where to start! I live 20 miles away from the gym, I work across the building or 3 blocks away depending on what gym I decide to hit up. On the days I work I listen to my body & mind and try to figure out what they need. I base my decision on a number of things. If i am tired and did not get much sleep the night before and know I have to work early I will probably pass. If I do not work I will attempt to go in and try to do at least 10 minutes before giving up.
There are days when I have been there and seriously I think the 90 year old lady with a walker can lap me, but at least I am there and trying. :) There are other days when I start feeling tired but end up being wound, but unless you try you will never know what to expect. I say go for it. you can do it. You never know you may just go from forcing yourself to go, to missing it when you are banned with an injury or sick or something.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
