thanks for the info, they both sound interesting. Right now I am just so frustrated. Not sure which one if either would help. In the beginning of November I started back at the basic's logging food and exercise, tracking water and quit drinking pop. For the first two week I quit exercising because I needed to focus on eating enough calories to get into my range. After the first two weeks I began doing 2-3 45 minute cardio days and 2 strength days a week along with keeping my calories in range and instead of losing weight I for some reason am gaining again. not sure where to go from here or what to do! Just can't figure out what I need to do.

Ours is just a little different. Our weigh in is every Wed. We track wt. loss, cardio minutes and strength training minutes. We also have a weekly ITC - Inter Team Challenge, where we have certain goals that we need to try and achieve. They can be anything from tracking food or drinking 8 glasses of water, to writing yourself a letter or giving someone else a Spark goodie. The challenge leaders compile the points for most wt. lost, most cardio and strength minutes and most weekly challenge minutes and the weekly results are posted with an overall winner after the 10 week period.

Sure would give the added push the challenge of BLC that I am involved in You have a LCW on Tuesday Wednesday is weigh in day Thursday TNT (Tighten N Tone) challenge weekend challenge from friday to monday When you sign up you decide how much weight you want to lose during the 12 weeks give current and goal weight you must post at least 3 times a week on your team What is looked for is participation not perfection each week you chose your goal fitness minutes Oh you have a choice of diffent teams ot join

Its alot of fun it has helped me stay on track during Halloween & Thanksgiving new challenge will be in January

I was getting a little confused because I saw some of my spark friends on a BLC but knew they weren't on any the teams I knew of BLC is very popular for sure I'm glad I'm doing it again for a 2nd round

Yes 2 different challenges but any BLC challenge can be good the one I have been involved in has a dozen or so teams and will go private once the challenge begins in January

I'm also part of a Biggest Loser Challenge but it doesn't sound like the same one that Linda is talking about because ours starts on Dec. 15 and is called The Biggest Loser Challenge Winning in Winter and it lasts 10 weeks. I am one of the co-leaders of the Purple team and we are currently recruiting. We need 12 more members so send me a message if you are interested and I can invite you to the team.
