ok, so I literally only have time to work out after work since I am not a morning person and have a very busy schedule. My youngest daughter swims so...I am able to work out 4 days a week from 5-6:30 which has kept me on track! We don't eat dinner until we get home so i make sure we eat a yogurt or cheese stick so we have energy to swim and play. This is my 5th week strait of working out and I am hoping to continue the trend. 65 minutes on the elliptical or cross ramp which ever is available. I usually set it for varied or interval training. I have been uping the intensity every week and noticed i have been able to go farther each time I get on the machine. Training for a 5K on Thanksgiving and hoping to finish under 35 minutes!

Saturday I did one mile of Walk Away The Pounds. Sunday I danced to the beat of drummers for 20 minutes. Yesterday (Monday) I walked 1.5 miles with a friend. This morning I walked 1.93 miles, and plan to walk more later today.

I was bad today and did not get a workout in, I did ride my bike to my sisters instead of driving so kind of got in a little cardio but not nearly enough. Tomarrow is a new day and I have gone hard core all week. :)

60 minutes of riding bike outside. Today was a low key day because I am extreamly sore from the last 2 days of hard core cardio and had a massive tension headache, but I was hoping some cardio and a little caffine would help with the headache.

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
