6/45/1350/1035 Did 14 minute mile running today, which is an improvement. I have been doing 15. Also walked over 6000 steps just at work today. Totally feeling the burn.

OK, just joined the site yesterday, but I'll pledge 4/30/480/360...based on my workouts so far this month. My pledge is to complete my normal planned workouts at this time. I'm a runner, so I try to run/jog/walk at least 30 minutes 4 times a week.

It was the hardest workout in a LONG time. After spending 7 hours on your feet lifting cases of stuff and running back and forth, it was really a challenge, but I did it and I am glad. Even if I feel it in the morning. emoticon

I did 52 minutes today on the tredmill. It was hard because of all the junk food I ate three days before. I have to get back on my fruits and veggies kick. The hardest 5k walk run combo I ever did. I am not giving up tomorrow ill do it all over again.

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
