For me its working out @ gym , going to zumba class and sometimes working out at home for home I have DVD to use waiting for delivery of the elliptical so I can do that at home. Try to keep workouts as fresh as can be. Sometimes I just go to the park and get a workout in there Gym is for my weight training I am now hooked on Zumba for cardio and still love the elliptical

It is a balance act with work and getting to gym I have ot stay flexible Flexibility is a key for me

This is a tough one for me right now. I love spinning but only in the class room setting. I love riding outside but the weather has not been too cooperative, the treadmill is ok but my ankle hates it most days. which leaves swimming and walking the track and i get frusterated with those because of the fact that I feel like I am totally jipping myself because I can not get my heart rate up. And right now I am done with everything due to an ankel injury hopefully with time and an attitude change I will get back on track. :) plus I am going to have a friend kicking my ass again soon.
