Yesterday I dusted off my cruiser bike, put air in the tires, carried it downstairs and rode for 30mins around the neighborhood. It was fun riding down the hill, not so fun trying to ride up the hill with no gears. I mostly walked it up and was ready to give up, then I realized how am I going to get home? No choice but to finish on my own. This will definitely be a regular exercise for me, next on my list is to check into our local pool's Water Aerobics class, now where's my bathing suit?

Yesterday I did about an hour of intense gardening ie. weed pulling, digging, hoeing and raking. I wasn't going to count it as exercise but today my legs are sore, especially my hamstrings and I also feel it in my back and arms so I'm counting it!

Mall walking with my SparkBuddy is realling adding up! We both felt kind of sluggish yesterday, but stuck it out, racked up 70 minutes, and I ticked off just over 10,000 steps for the day.

Yesterday was not a great day workout wise, but I did manage to get in 15 minutes before I gave up. Today was a much better day kind of, ankle is still sore and spinning didn't even go too well but I am not going to let it discourage me I made it through the calss and took a pilaties too. so I ended up with 120 minute cardio. :)

Hi! I just found/joined the team. This is the perfect challenge for me - started tracking activities June 1st, and I'm happy to see them rack up this way and contribute to team goals.

Walking the mall Mon & Wed
Swimming Mon, Tue & Thu

I decided walking my dogs does not count toward the challenge. They stop, start, and turn around so many times while chasing squirrels and birds, sometimes I'm just standing still! lol

Yes walking your dog counts anything you do to move your body counts

That should be

5/60/1200/1200the last one changes when you do your workout so if june 1st you don 60 minutes then the new would be 5/60/1200/1140 I hope that helps

I am not sure on the numbers but I'd like to do this challenge.

Does walking the dog count as a workout or only time at the gym? Maybe make it more of a challenge for time at the gym.

so 5 days a week/60 minutes a session/ But I can't come up with the last figures. Can anyone help me?

Getting a jump start for tomorrow

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
