Yeah I made it this whole month recording :) that rocks, i missed my goal by 200 but that just means I will have to push a little harder next month.

emoticon everyone is doing great for the month some months life get in the way and we don't reach our goals but that is okay as long as we do not give up

June I may not make it as I am pretty sick right now and don't know when I will be up and running at 100% was at ER yesterday tomorrow to my primary care doctor Missed work for 2 days so far and family knew I was sick as I wanted ot go to ER I dislike doctors and everything about them emoticon

This past week, I exercised everyday after work, except for Thursday. On Thursday, I went for a 40min walk in the morning. Then, on Saturday I did 30 mins of a circuit training workout.

Anyway, here are my numbers:

Hello team,

I have recently invited LJR4HEALTH (Linda) to be team leader along with myself and Karlyn. Karlyn has been absent as of late due to personal reasons and I am not sure if she will be back or not but she is still considered to be a team leader unless she decides otherwise. Please welcome Linda in her new role. I chose her because she is a consistent competitor in the monthly challenges and I feel that she will be as much of an inspiration to the team as she is to me.
