SB, a day of rest is good particularly if you did some high intensity exercise. Otherwise you could injure yourself.

I worked out hard on the elliptical yesterday & cranked up the resistence. The back of my legs HURT today. I feel guilty about not exercising today. I think I will just stretch out on my inversion table tonight.

What a rotten week it has been, friday night I came home with shooting pain in my shoulder, then after about 3 days it was a little better. Work sucks right now because we have too many people out on leave for verious reasons from family issues, death, medical and many more. And everyone is crabby along with people being stupit!!! oh well extercise wise I did fairly good and by the looks of things I am hopefully on the right track!
