Today was an interesting day I rolled my ankle on the way to my car this morning meaning it was sore all day. Then came back from lunch with shooting pain in my shoulder, but still did not let it stop me from hitting the gym after a 12 hour shift. I somehow managed to spend an hour walking laps in the pool, My ankle was extrealy sore but at least in the pool it is going to be hard to roll it.

Linda hopefully you are doing better soon and there was not too much damage, George hopefully your wife's car will not cost too much more then that! And if your winter is as bad as ours here in MN I can totally understand about accidents. We have whole cars missing berried under snow and no clue where they are! Way too much snow last weekend almost 30 inches.

Yesterday was my 1st day of 5. Yesterday 8 today 8 then 3 12 hours. Yesterday due to being over tired and crappy road conditions I decided to skip a workout, Today I am hoping on going after the laundry is done, but will have to see how tired I am as I have 3 12 hours yet and don't want to over exert myself before tuesday.

Hi Linda,

My wife seems to be ok. It was a minor accident that happened in a parking lot. She was leaving FedEx and some other guy who was just coming in in a delivery van was looking at his clipboard instead of the road ahead. He takes full responsibility so hopefully it won't cost us anything and won't change our insurance rates. Hope you get off free or as cheaply as possible and feel better of course.

Linda, sorry to hear about your accident. My wife was in a small fender breaker (they don't bend anymore) in a parking lot this week. So far it's $800 damage, more still counting. She wasn't hurt though luckily. Hope you feel better.

I am falling so far behind here. Been re-doing the basement floor, which is finally done. I'm going to give myself 30 min for that because it's a lot of bending, pulling up old tile, etc. Finally made it back to the gym the last couple of days but only got 50 min total on the bike and elliptical.

Sunday I spent 2.5 hours trying to get my car out off the snow bank it was stuck in. This involved shoveling snow, pushing my car, ... I am going to count it as 1.5 hours.

Today I did a 45 cable class, and a 45 spinning class for a total of 90 minutes. For a grand total of 180 minutes.

Today I spent 20 minutes cleaning off my car so I could drive a few blocks to the sore. Tonight I shoveled for 20 minutes. and it is still snowing to beet the band. I am not so sure when and if I am going to get to work tomorrow only time will tell!

Man I feel like a slacker. This has not been a great month so far, sick, babysit, working too many hours, sick, ... Hopefully soon things will chill and I will be able to relax.

With that being said my numbers are 7/20/620/440 last night I did roughly 20 minutes in the pool, and tonight I did 55 minutes of spinning.

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
