personally, I take my dog for a walk most nights, even though it is dark. I just got a flashlight to go on the leash that helps a lot. then, when my dog gets tired I hop on my elliptical.

It would not be a bad thing to walk your dog after dark. Granted I live in a very small town but I have a tendany to walk, rollerblade, or bike at all hours of the night including midnight 1am, ... My favorite time to go rollerblading is actually at 1AM on sunday nights because there is no cars on the highway and that is the smoothest road in town. :) and if you have a dog with you you would be ok.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Well if your dog is anything like my dog, you still have to walk him/her whether it be dark or light out. I have become a big fan of my treadmill Rhonda so she takes good care of me.

Ok, my workouts have been to take my doggie for a walk. This is what my busy schedule allows. So now when I get home from work it is almost dark. Urgh. I am a morning person but I do not workout in the morning. Any sugestions?
